Part 1–Turning a salt and pepper mill set using a crush grind mechanism. I’ve yet to find a good set of instructions that doesn’t leave out some key piece of information! We’ll work through one of those commonly available sets of instructions, and I’ll show you what I’ve learned along the way to make your mill turning experience less painful than my first attempt.
